Whenever I take my son out I always get complimented on what a good, handsome babe he is. Then people see his wrist wrapped in a necklace and the questions begin.
“What’s that?” or “Oh look, he’s sporting some bling.” I tell people its Baltic Amber and they look at me funny, like I’m one of ‘those’ moms. Honestly, I love our baltic amber, and I won’t go without again.
These lactation muffins are super easy to make. You can mix in other toppings as well, they don’t have to be blueberries. You can make these in a regular muffin tin, but I prefer the mini muffins as they cook up better and they are a nice bite-sized snack! I’ve added flax-seed and brewers yeast to the recipe to boost milk supply as well. I will be trying to make another batch of these on Sunday with a new substitution of almond flour instead of whole wheat!!
I want to share a #LifeLesson that we always hear about and probably say we do but don’t actually move forward with and that is setting goals.
We always hear throughout our lives that if we want to achieve something we need to set the goal and then go for it. Honestly though, where I feel most of us fail, we say we want to achieve something but we never cement it or make it real and then we fail to reach out goals.
So, I want to give you some #HelpfulHints that I’ve picked up on that I believe can help you too! So let’s get to it!
