These lactation muffins are super easy to make. You can mix in other toppings as well, they don’t have to be blueberries. You can make these in a regular muffin tin, but I prefer the mini muffins as they cook up better and they are a nice bite-sized snack! I’ve added flax-seed and brewers yeast to the recipe to boost milk supply as well. I will be trying to make another batch of these on Sunday with a new substitution of almond flour instead of whole wheat!!
